Tell us what you need.
For a child, young person or adult: share the real goal, current starting point and what is getting in the way.
Your first session is free. With Joshua or another Toucan tutor.
After that, £40 per hour. The same rate with Joshua or another Toucan tutor, including collaborative planning and ongoing review. We agree the tutor, approach and arrangements before booking.
Start with an email.
Email hello@toucanlearn.co.uk and tell us:
- Who the support is for: a child, young person or adult. For a child, an approximate age or school year is helpful.
- The subject or goal, and a little about the current starting point.
- Your rough availability: days, times and when you would like to start.
- Whether you prefer online or in-person support. For in-person support, include your town or postcode area.
Keep this first message brief. A parent or carer should enquire for a child. Please do not include diagnostic reports, medical records, full school records or urgent safeguarding information. If access needs matter, simply say that you would like to discuss them privately.
Joshua will review your enquiry, check tutor fit and availability, and reply with a useful next step. We agree the arrangements for your free first session before booking.
Read our privacy notice for how we use your information. An enquiry does not guarantee a tutor, place or outcome.
